PRG Forex is a licensed Full-Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. Headquartered in Chennai, the company is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (Act No. 18 of 2013) on April 13, 2023. PRG Forex is also recognized as an MSME-certified enterprise, committed to delivering trusted and compliant foreign exchange services across multiple branches.

As of now, PRG Forex operates across 7 key locations in India with a total of 9 branches. This includes two branches in Chennai—one of which is located within the Chennai Sea Port—two branches inside the Nagapattinam Sea Port, and five branches in Northeast India: one each at Agartala, Srimantapur, and Dawki Land Ports, along with two branches at Sabroom Land Port.
