Cancellation Policy
No cancellation after order agreement due to currency volatility. Orders may be cancelled at current market rates. Failing to submit KYC within 2 days may cancel the order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are returned to the originating account within 7 working days after approval.
Delivery Policy
Paid orders are delivered within 2 working days. If delivery distance exceeds 15 km, pickup is required. Confirm distance before payment. Delivery charges apply as per order terms.
